友人からJ1ていうビザ貰うためにDS2019という書類が必要ということを知った。これをキャシーに催促してみよう！！

Thank you for sending the visa materials to me this spring. I will need to start visa application procedures at the
Osaka consulate shortly if I am to make the deadline for research travel this fall. Would you please send me the DS 2019
form as soon as possible? I am told that it takes at least a month for visa approval, and the Osaka consulate is always
busy.
